Eat Together - 饗食天堂 - Buffet

I emailed the restaurant to make a reservation for 31Dec2013 but they are fully booked and we try luck for 01Jan2014. Yes, reservation made. The company is very helpful and responsive to my email.

On 01Jan2014, outside the restaurant there were people queuing up waiting for 5.30pm to enter.  There were some walk-in customer got rejected due to fully booked on a public holiday.

Each person is TWD910 (appx SGD40). I am pleased with the spread they offer. This is the 1^st time having a buffet below SGD50 and yet they have a number of sashimi. Usual buffet I went offered about 3 to 4 types. If you want more then would cost more than SGD50.

Raw beef, very fast the plate went empty.

They ice cream are from Meiji and Haagen-Das, wow. In Singapore for buffet at SGD40, I never see branded ice cream.

Their free flows of drinks were in can! BEER too!

Taiwan 28Dec13 to 02Jan14 – Day 5-LongShan-Bopiliao-Taipei101

Today will be our last day at Taipei. We go to Long Shan temple stood outside and pray for a safe trip back to Singapore.

Walk further down the street is the Bopiliao Street. 

We walked over to Carrefour for lunch. FYI, this Carrefour is opened 24hr but the eateries are not.

 

Next we head toward Taipei 101. After a night of happening events at Taipei 101, it was still crowded the next day 01Jan2014, as it was a public holiday. We did not want to queue for the ticket to go up to the Taipei 101, very long queue. We just walk around the shopping area.

Dinner Buffet at 饗食天堂 at 4F(Q square 京站時尚廣場). TWD910 per person.

We have to catch a 4am flight. Check out of hotel at 1am, reached airport at 2am.

We have booked a private driver, recommended by my friend who frequent Taiwan, to fetch us from our hotel at 1am to airport. It cost TWD1200 (market rate), Our driver 李彥志（Li Yan Zhi，you call him  阿志 Ah Zhi）is friendly and helpful. I will use him again when I visit Taiwan next time.
